Spare Part Sales
Do you need original spare parts for the professional maintenance of one of our products, but are having trouble finding them in our shop or identifying them yourself? Then feel free to send us an email with the serial number and year of manufacture of the product in question. Please include a photo of the type plate and pictures of the affected part.

Please be sure to coordinate a return with us and enclose the return document generated by us and provided in advance with the return delivery.
The following points must be considered when returning spare parts (valid from October 1, 2024):
- The material is new and is in its original packaging (product packaging undamaged and unlabeled)
- The material is standard material with an material# and a storage location in our Spare Parts Distribution Center
- Different parts cannot be taken back (e.g. safety-relevant components, electronic assemblies, chains and wire ropes with special lengths)
Please note that return orders causing restocking costs (25% of the net sales price). Those are deducted from the amount credited.
